Shipping policy

 

All orders placed before 12pm on a weekday are sent out that same day. 

All products sold on our website are stocked in NZ and shipped from our base in the Hawkes Bay. 

All orders are shipped out via CourierPost Overnight Courier to you.  You will normally receive them within a day or two of getting your tracking number sent to you, however this is up to NZ Post and depends on their current wait times.

If you have a Rural Delivery address, add on 2 extra days as these addresses take longer to delivery too for NZ Post.  

If your order is being sent outside NZ, international postage fees and times apply.

All orders are tracked and you are provided with tracking information so you can see where your product is at all times.
