Return & Refund Policy

If you purchased a product from us and it has a fault or defect or some kind, we will offer a full refund.  The goods will need to be returned to us before a refund will be issued.  If you simply change your mind, or decide you don't like the product, we generally DO NOT provide refunds, but may provide a full or partial refund or store credit at our sole discretion - please contact us for more information.

There is a full 12 month warranty on all products sold through Nifti.  This is from the original date of your order. We will fulfill all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (not including products used for business purposes)

There is a 20% restocking fee for any refund that is processed for change of mind exchanges/returns.

Please make sure you choose wisely when buying for this very reason.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (apart from those that develop a fault after use)

Additional Information:

  • It will take up to 5 working days from when we receive the product back from you for you to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit
  • Any shipping fees are payable by the customer
  • Any return restocking fees that apply to that product will be deducted from the refund/store credit.
  • Lost or damaged returns are solely the customer’s responsibility.

 Nifti is more than happy to fulfill its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) and nothing specified here takes away any rights the consumer may have under this law.
